These terms apply when you book a cleaning service with Kingsgate Cleaning & Restoration. Please read them before booking.

Quotes

Quotes are free and given in good faith based on the information you provide. The final price is confirmed before any work begins. There is no call-out fee.

Bookings and cancellations

Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to change or cancel an appointment, so we can offer the slot to someone else.

Our work

We are NCCA trained and fully insured. We will always test an area first and advise you honestly about the likely result before we start. Some stains and odours cannot be fully removed, and we will tell you this in advance wherever possible.

Our guarantee

If you are not happy with any area we have cleaned, tell us within 7 days and we will return to re-clean it free of charge.

Liability

We carry public liability and treatment insurance. This is a template terms document and should be reviewed before the site goes live.
