A proper truckmount clean, not a hired machine
Most of the difference between an okay clean and a brilliant one comes down to the equipment. We use a professional truckmount system, a powerful machine run from the van, rather than the small portable units you hire from a supermarket.
It drives hot water and a safe cleaning solution deep into the pile, then pulls almost all of it straight back out under strong suction. That gives you a genuinely deep clean and carpets that are dry in one to two hours, not soaked for a day or two.
We are NCCA trained, so we match the method to your carpet, whether it is wool, synthetic, a loop-pile Berber or a deep shag rug. Delicate fibres are cleaned safely, with no shrinking or splitting.

No, never. The price we quote is the price you pay. We agree it with you before we start any work.
Are you insured?
Yes. We're fully insured with up to £5m public liability cover on every job, plus treatment cover for your carpets and furniture.
Can you get rid of pet stains and smells?
In most cases, yes. We use specialist treatments that tackle the source of the smell rather than just covering it up. We'll always be straight with you about what we can achieve first.

No, leave it to us. We move the sofas and chairs, clean underneath, and put everything back where it was.
Can you get out old or set-in stains?
Often, but not always. Some old or dye-based stains are permanent. We will always be honest about what to expect before we start, rather than after.
Do you clean rugs, stairs and upholstery too?
Yes. As well as carpets we clean stairs and landings, sofas and chairs, rugs, mattresses and curtains. Just ask when you get your quote.
