Carpet Cleaning
How long will my carpets take to dry?
Usually one to two hours thanks to the strong suction on our truckmount machine. We can pop air movers down to speed it up further if you need.
Will it shrink or damage my carpet?
No. We are NCCA trained and match the method and solution to your carpet type, so wool and delicate fibres are cleaned safely.
Do you move the furniture?
Yes. We shift the sofas and chairs, clean underneath and put everything back. You do not need to lift a thing.
Upholstery & Sofa Cleaning
Can you clean all types of sofa?
We clean most fabric upholstery. We always test first and will tell you honestly if a particular fabric is not suitable before we start.
How long does a sofa take to dry?
Usually two to four hours. We use a low-moisture method so it is never left soaking.
Can you get rid of the pet smell?
In most cases, yes. We use treatments that target the source of the odour rather than masking it.
End of Tenancy Carpet Cleaning
Will this help me get my deposit back?
A professional clean with a receipt removes one of the most common deposit disputes. We cannot guarantee a landlord's decision, but we give you the proof you need.
Can you do it at short notice?
Often yes. We keep slots back for end of tenancy work, including evenings and weekends.
Do you work with letting agents?
Yes, regularly. We offer better rates for agents and landlords with a few properties on the books.
Stain & Pet Odour Removal
Can you remove every stain?
Most, but not all. Old, set or dye-based stains can be permanent. We will tell you honestly what to expect before we begin.
Will the pet smell come back?
If we have treated the source properly, it should not. Masking sprays bring it back, source treatment does not.
Is it safe for my pets and kids?
Yes. We use treatments that are safe once dry, and we are happy to talk you through the products we use.
Commercial & Office Carpet Cleaning
Can you work outside our opening hours?
Yes, that is how we do most commercial work. Evenings, early mornings and weekends are all fine.
Do you have insurance and paperwork?
Yes. We carry up to £5m public liability cover and can supply method statements and risk assessments on request.
Can we set up a regular clean?
Absolutely. Regular scheduled contracts come at a better rate than one-off visits.
Flood & Water Damage Restoration
How quickly can you come out?
As fast as we can. With water damage, the sooner we start extracting and drying, the more we can usually save.
Can you save my carpet?
Often, if we get to it quickly. We will give you an honest assessment rather than a false promise.
Can you help with my insurance?
Yes. We can provide details of the work and the damage to support your claim.
